Privacy Policy

01 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps may access or collect, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using a GawxDev app, you agree to this policy.

02 Data We Collect

GawxDev apps collect and store the following data locally on your device only:

• App preferences — your chosen language, currency, theme, and notification settings (stored via SharedPreferences)
• Financial data (Flowy) — transactions, categories, budget limits, and savings goals you manually enter
• Screen usage data (ScreenWise) — app usage statistics provided by Android's UsageStats API, used solely to display your own statistics within the app

None of this data is transmitted to GawxDev or any external server. It exists only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

03 Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect:

• ❌ No name, email address, or account registration
• ❌ No location data
• ❌ No contacts or call logs
• ❌ No camera or microphone access
• ❌ No cloud backup or external database
• ❌ No analytics or crash reporting tools (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics)
• ❌ No selling or sharing of data with third parties

04 Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate the following third-party SDK:

Google AdMob may collect certain device information to serve ads. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

05 Advertising (AdMob & GDPR)

Our apps are free and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Ads help us keep the app free for everyone. AdMob participates in the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (IAB TCF), the industry standard for managing ad consent in the EEA and UK.

• EEA, UK & Switzerland users: A consent dialog will appear on first launch. You can choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy Options.
• All other users: Ads are displayed without a consent prompt, as per applicable laws.
• If you decline personalized ads, you will still see ads — but they will not be based on your interests.

06 Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used our app in a way that violates this policy, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

07 Your Rights

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access & Export: Use the CSV export feature in Flowy to export all your data at any time.
• Delete: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data.
• Ad consent (EEA/UK): Go to Settings → Privacy Options to modify your consent at any time.
• Right to access & rectification (AdMob data): Request access to or correction of data held by Google via myaccount.google.com.
